He is a fine chap my little Budgie chat chat all day long .
What makes me laugh is why is he so interested in what I am eating , glaring down at my plate as I PASS HIM BY. Then he starts to eat his seed from the tray. Bright as a spark ..so happy my sister brought him to me when his owner no longer wanted him.
Three Cheers I'd say..
Small talk .
Your little budgie friend is adorable. Definitely nice company to have! xx
ReplyDeleteIt almost makes me want another budgie, but that's how I started in the first place and ended up with around 40. LOL
ReplyDeleteYes Arlene they are lovely and good company, I remember you mentioning you used to breed them.
Deleteaww, Sheila, we had a Cockatiel, CoCo, from a neighbour who's children had grown tired of him, we took their cage and him, and his food, and never regretted it. He lived such a long time, and even welcomed Bess when she joined our clan. In fact she seemed to add spice to his day. he also was so interested in our food, he loved nothing better than flying down onto the dining table, and eating pasta from a little dish. We always left his cage door open, ('cepting when the room door was ajar, always careful!!) and he flew around the room, stretching his wings. A sad day when he flew for the last time, very sad. xxxx
ReplyDeleteI Pen thank you for popping over here today. He twiitter's from dawn till dusk, happy little chap. So glad he found his way into my life. My sister has an African Grey Parrot, and he is fantastic , should hear when he talks, I laugh! Always sad when they leave us xxx
